According to Wilbanks Smith & Thomas, the WST Dynamic Portfolio Manager – Core Index is an objective, dynamic, asset allocation strategy index that follows a model based on a predefined set of rules operating on numerous metrics. The Index uses a rules-based selection methodology that is quantitative and contains no subjectivity.  The purpose of the WST Dynamic Portfolio Manager – Core Index is to provide investment management analytics, performance measurement, and performance reporting solutions to investors.
