RadNet Set to Join S&P SmallCap 600

NEW YORK, Nov. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- RadNet Inc. (NASD: RDNT) will replace Gannett Co. Inc. (NYSE: GCI) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the open of trading on Wednesday, November 20. S&P SmallCap 600 constituent New Media Investment Group Inc. (NYSE: NEWM) is acquiring Gannett in a transaction expected to be completed soon pending final conditions.

RadNet provides outpatient diagnostic imaging services. Headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Health Care Services Sub-Industry index.
