NEW YORK, July 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- S&P Capital IQ announced today that it has commenced Standard & Poor's Factual Stock Report coverage on Xumanii.

Xumanii (XUII), in the development stage as of April 30, 2013, plans to broadcast live events in high definition (HD) from multiple cameras, wirelessly, with an extremely low production cost. The Xumanii platform allows content to be broadcasted as a pay-per-view model, generating revenues from consumers directly, or as a free content model, generating revenues from advertisements, product placements and sponsorship.
Xumanii's technology combines hardware and a software platform to broadcast events from multiple cameras, wirelessly. The company's hardware enables cameras to broadcast their images in HD to a laptop nearby where the Xumanii Broadcast Manager software receives all images and enables an operator to create a live editing and broadcast an event on the Xumanii.com platform. All feeds stream directly to a designated PC or laptop that has the company's software installed, allowing the producer to pick and choose camera angles, camera fades as well as all other production enhancements used in television broadcasts in real time.
The company seeks to position itself as a leading promoter of live music events with the technology capability to stream events live over the Internet. Xumanii plans to utilize a reality TV show concept to gain brand recognition and establish itself in the marketplace. As Xumanii establishes a presence in the market, primarily through the production of online reality TV shows, the company will produce and stream concerts. Xumanii's strategy is blended in order to drive attendance at live events as well as Internet channels.
The company's main goal is to sell its equipment to allow small, medium and large producers to be self-sufficient and produce live streaming by themselves. While Xumanii will produce its own concerts and reality show to showcase its technology, the ultimate goal is to allow others to produce live content. The company also intends to employ third-party consultants to assist Xumanii in marketing telecom and mobile applications.
On May 31, 2013, Xumanii entered into a live broadcast agreement with Dardy Touring, also known as French Montana. The agreement provides for the artist to perform four concerts within the next two years on mutually agreed dates.
On June 1, 2013, the company entered into a consulting agreement with Omar Thiam for a term of two years to negotiate live broadcast events.
