PGT Set to Join the S&P SmallCap 600

NEW YORK, April 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- PGT Inc. (NASD:PGTI) will replace ATMI Inc. (NASD:ATMI) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Friday, May 2. Entegris Inc. (NASD:ENTG) is acquiring ATMI in a deal that closed today.

PGT manufactures and supplies residential impact-resistant windows and doors. Headquartered in North Venice, FL, the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS (Global Industry Classification Building Products Sub-Industry index.
