"The ABA commends him for his extraordinary contributions to the banking industry and for building a strong team at CGS. The ABA also congratulates Scott Preiss on his promotion. Scott has been an integral part of the success at CGS and we look forward to continuing to work with him and maintaining the excellent partnership between the ABA and CGS."

He has also represented the U.S. on several Global ISO Standard committees to develop global reference data standards, has held leadership roles on numerous Securities Industry Association committees, and presently represents MHFI on the CUSIP Board of Trustees.
In addition to his work at CUSIP Global Services, Scott Preiss regularly lectures on standardization, reference data and risk management, both in the U.S. and globally.
