NEW YORK, March 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- McGraw Hill Financial's (NYSE: MHFI) 2016 Annual Shareholders Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.

Charles "Ed" Haldeman, Jr., Chairman of the Board, will preside over the meeting and Douglas L. Peterson, President and Chief Executive Officer, will offer remarks immediately following the business portion of the meeting. The discussion may include forward-looking information.
