(NASD:CHDN) will replace Fortune Brands Home & Security in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on Thursday, June 23. Altice NV acquired Cablevision in a deal completed today.

Fortune Brands Home & Security provides home and security products for use in residential home repair, remodeling, new construction, and security applications. Headquartered in Deerfield, IL, the company will be added to the S&P 500 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Building Products Sub-Industry index.

Churchill Downs provides pari-mutuel horseracing, online account wagering on horseracing, and casino gaming services. Headquartered in Louisville, KY, the company will be added to the S&P MidCap 400 GICS Casinos & Gaming Sub-Industry index.
